Our standard fee is 20%, which covers everything, pricing, marketing, negotiation, logistics, and managing the sale from start to finish.
If an item sells above the agreed price, we share in that upside. In that case, we take 40% of the amount above the agreed price as a performance share. This aligns our incentives to achieve the best possible outcome.

What happens if an item doesn’t sell?
If an item doesn’t sell after a reasonable marketing period, we’ll review the options together. This may include adjusting the price, changing the approach, or returning the item.
If an item is returned unsold, a discounted service fee may apply, capped at no more than 10% of the originally agreed price, to cover assessment, marketing, and negotiation efforts. Any fees are discussed and agreed upfront.
